Check the dates
Booked dates and dates pending confirmation at Casa Venecia and the locandas. A booking is confirmed only when we write to you to confirm it.

By sending your request you accept these conditions. They help us care for the house, the farm and the guests who come after you.

Check-in from 2:30 p.m. and check-out by 10:30 a.m. Late arrivals or late departures must be arranged in advance and may have a cost.
Confirmed booking
Every request stays pending until Finca Venecia confirms it by WhatsApp or email, with dates, price and payment method. No confirmation, no booking. The number of guests may not exceed the confirmed number.
Guarantee · open voucher
To confirm we may ask for a card guarantee (open voucher) or a deposit. It is only used for damage, missing items or pending charges, and it is released at check-out after the inspection.
Care and replacement
Treat the house as your own. Any damage, breakage or missing item in rooms, furniture, linens, utensils or farm areas must be replaced or paid at replacement value.
Cleaning and quiet
- Leave the space tidy; extra cleaning has a charge.
- Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- No smoking inside the rooms.
- Visitors, parties and events only with permission.
Environment
- Finca Venecia is home to 114 bird species: do not disturb or feed wildlife.
- Do not litter; sort waste in the marked bins.
- Save water and power; use biodegradable products near the lake.
- Do not cut or remove plants.
Safety
Pool and dock without lifeguards: children must always be with an adult. Please report your valuables; the farm is not responsible for unreported belongings.
